Council once again endorsed plans for two highrise condo towers on a lot in Westboro after approving an amendment to the official land-use plan. The project at 335 Roosevelt Ave., which calls for a 16-storey building and a 14-storey building on disused industrial land, was originally approved in 2011 with a simple rezoning change.
