Was this told by the car dealer/workshop? That's possibly the reason of your case. For some model of the cars, it needs sensors to monitor the tire pressure. In the case that the sersor(s) is(are) damaged or you haven't mounted sensors to the tire set you are using (such as the winter tire set with rim), the warning sign as showed will be on. In this case, the reset won't help you. As long as the tire pressure is normal, you are OK.
To be certain, double check with you car dealer to see if your car tire pressure monitoring system needs sensors in the tires or not.
