A unique playground at the Ottawa International Children’s Festival, consisting of 150 tethered yoga balls, was the idea of Impromptu Playground, a quartet of urban guerillas whose previous projects include installing swings in Transitway bus shelters, and turning a ByWard Market parking spot into a hopscotch park.
