Are you member of CAA, or others? If you ask "修车厂", how much do you think they will charge you? One hour labor (minimal) for a mechanic to go to your house just to jump start your car?
If next time you are away "，回国一个月车没人开", disconnect the battery may help.
I recommend LZ buy your own "大线" (booster cable). It is easier for you to ask other drivers to jump start your car. (And you can help others too!) I redeemed my PetroCanada points for my two cars.
