City to hold second consultation on western LRT extension on June 17

The city’s second open house on its plans to extend the light-rail system westward is scheduled for Monday, June 17. Like the first consultation, where a packed house kept councillors and staff answering questions till nearly midnight, this one is to be at City Hall. Unlike that session, this one is to begin at 3 p.m. and it’s scheduled to last till 8 p.m.
