There’s an odd menagerie of animal parts and craft supplies in Bruce Clarke’s basement workshop, with peacock and grouse feathers, rabbit and squirrel fur, plastic and metal beads and bright dollar-store gewgaws vying for the limited space in storage bin drawers. He uses these bits to make things that resemble insects or wiggle like fish, and with them catches larger fish, which he releases back to the water and starts over.
