Ottawa police begin two-year race data collection

On the first day Ottawa police collected race data information at traffic stops as part of a settlement with the Ontario Human Rights Commission after a man said he was racially profiled in 2005, one Central division patrol officer maintained her commitment to spot the infraction not the driver.
