Need help, are there any free English course for parents (senior landing immigrant)? They have very poor English knowlege/or non any knowlege. Prefer near Carleton University.Thanks

How close? If in walking distance, you'd better check high schools or adult high schools nearby and ask them.

It's summer now, the schools might be closed.
