in fact, if that's not a big appartment, you may not need a co-signer or 12 month rent,I have never been asked for that,but you may ask to present your SIN to secure.so you can try some small apartments, there are a lot in Hull,but you have to spend a lot of time to search one by looking around and/or look up from newspaper
