Icicles from roof in winter

I need helps on this.
Please see the pictures I took for my roof.
There were so much icicles hanging from my roof in the winter. And I do not see such thing from my neighbour's roof.
What could be the problem of it. Maybe I need to get a inspector to check it out. But what kind of inspector I should get?
