Kellie Leitch celebrated as first CHEO doctor appointed to cabinet

The Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario was celebrating Monday as it watched one of its doctors appointed to two cabinet portfolios. Prime Minister Stephen Harper chose Dr. Kellie Leitch, MP for Simcoe-Grey, as the new Minister of Labour and Minister of Status of Women. She is the first CHEO physician to hold a cabinet position.
