56,000 households cross Canada.
3. sample rotation: each household remains in survey for 6 months, then replaced by new one in the same
area.
4. Labour Force clasification: decide A: employed; B: unemployed; C: not in Labour force
unemployment rate: the total unemployed number / total number of participants in the labour force.
