An Ottawa lawyer has been hit with a three-month suspension by The Law Society of Upper Canada for professional misconduct over his handling of a series of real estate deals. Rosario (Ross) Talarico also must pay $25,000 to cover a portion of the law society’s legal costs for prosecuting the case. He was absolved of three more serious alleged violations of the Law Society Act.
