OTTAWA — The OC Transpo killer who stabbed a fellow passenger to death at the back of a bus in 2006 was trying to kill again when he was fatally knifed in prison. Shawn McKenzie, 23, was serving a life sentence for first-degree murder in the death of 23-year-old Michael Oatway, who was stabbed to death on the No. 118 bus on Baseline Road on Sept. 21, 2006.
