On the day of Ottawa stabbing victim Melissa Richmond’s wake, her Canadian Forces husband was told he would be charged in her killing. Howard Richmond, 50, is to appear in court on Saturday by video to face a murder charge, on the same day of his wife’s funeral. Richmond will be charged with first-degree murder, police said Friday night.
