Bruce Leclair had just returned home just after 3:30 Monday afternoon and was parking his car when an SUV pulling a camping trailer crashed into the culvert wall at the side of his driveway on Navan Road and burst into flames. Gord Smith, his neighbour across the street, near the corner of Navan and Tenth Line Road, heard the crash, too, and ran out outside.
