手机是智能手机， 可以在家用WIFI上网，可以拍照，录像几乎所有android功能。而且TELUS 网站提供解锁码，但我没解过。

LG Optimus One with Google: How-to: Unlock your TELUS smartphone for use with other carriers

You can unlock your TELUS issued smartphone for use with other mobile carriers.

CAUTION: Make sure to enter the unlock code correctly. Your smartphone will become permanently locked to the TELUS network after three to ten incorrect attempts.

1. Remove the battery.

2. Insert your non-TELUS SIM card.

3. Reinsert the battery and turn your smartphone on.

4. The following message displays: Phone is SIM Service Provider Locked.

5. Dial 2945#*500#.

6. SIM service provider unlock PIN screen displays. Tap the text box.

7. Type the Unlock Code.

8. Select Unlock.

9. If successful, the following message displays: Unlock Successful.

Your smartphone is unlocked.
