A new gang is roaming Elmvale Acres parks and it’s armed with crochet needles. The Chain-link Grannies, as they have dubbed themselves, are on a mission to beautify their neighbourhood’s parks by dressing up chain-link fences with colourful crocheted and knitted squares.
