Client Service Manager 客服经理

Working Location: Vancouver, BC

Main Responsibilities:

lFamiliar with Immigration procedure and strong customer service oriented;
lSet up schedule with clients and provide satisfactory service;
lServes as liaison between the customers and various departments;
lMonitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results;
lFormulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services
lFollow up with clients periodically;
lPerform daily office work;

Requirement:

lPrevious related immigration work experience is an asset;
lTeam player with good driving record, a valid driving license is a must;
lExcellent verbal and written communication skills with both English and Chinese;
lHands on experience with MS Office software;
lBachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administrative or Commerce;
lKnowledgeable of customer service inclusive of hotel reservations, ground transportation, information on local attractions and activities, and other information that provides valuable service to our customers;
