我最近准备买一所房子,位置在NEPEAN,大概22万左右,大家觉得这个价钱在这个区合适么?顺便说一下,这个房子是2200FT的.已经有13年的历史.具体就是在NEPEAN那儿有一个COLLEGE的旁边,我没怎么去过渥太华,所以想请大家帮忙看看这个情况,给点建议,谢谢了

Is it a townhouse or Single house? 3 bed rooms or 4 bed rooms? Could you please tell us bit details?

要看具体地点，因为NEPEAN有COLLEGE的地方也是一大片，分几个不同的社区，价格差异还是比较大的，所以应该说的具体一些到底是哪个社区。

If the house is located in Centerpoint, it shall more than 220K for a 2200 sqt. A 1700sqt semi-house in centerpoint cost about 230K.

A couple bought a 160k condo in downtown three years ago, they sold it out this year for 300k!!!!!!!!!!
