闯红灯 收到罚单

今天收到闯红灯罚单，请问如何把损失降到最小，汽车保险会长吗？

保险是不会涨的

照相的是不会涨保险的, 因为不知道驾驶者是谁.
没时间就交钱, 有时间就上庭求情减一点.
证据确凿很难免的

If you show up, and if the judge asks you who was the driver, and if you said it was you, well, you admit you were the driver, (PHOTO cannot prove who is the driver, hence NO demerit points!), and if you are not the driver, then that person should pay the fine.

There is an article I read from last Saturday MINGPAO Saturday magazine, it talks about fighting traffic tickets, it also talks about does it worth to fight photo tickets. Have a look
