Love that law. It is actually a pretty universal law but it is more explicit in Quebec. I wish it is as explicit in Ontario. There are too many Ontario drivers, especially in Ottawa, who hog the left lane often driving close to speed limit. Hats off to QPP for enforcing it!

安省也应该这样.
占着左道慢慢开, 后面有车都不变道的很惭愧很多都是我们华裔, 多数车牌上都有8字.
渥太华人也比较善良, 多伦多的后面直接就爬头刹车或者开高灯了.

Quebec's not Ontario. The hot dogs are steamed, the people are better dressed, and the left lane on a highway is for passing only.
