Any one uses 新唐人???

It is said that the 新唐人?? is free.

I am wondering if anyone has the experience of watching
programs from this Station. How is the quality of its program?

I currently subscribed the Talent. But I would like to utilize
the Satellite receiving equipment used for CCTV-4 before.
