I need to withdraw some money from my bank account in China, ICBC,中国工商银行, anyway to do it here in Canada please? Thanks.

Just wire your money over, the fee probably depends on how much you are wiring. You need to give your Canadian bank's SWIFT code to the Chinese bank on top of other account info. The Canadian bank will convert your Rmb into cad$.

just use your bank cards at Canadian banks machines to see whether you can withdraw money in Canadian dollars.

Personally don't think you can withdraw RMB from Chinese account in Canada. Unlike USD$ or Euros, RMB is not a currency that big banks hold on reserve. Your chinese bank can certainly wire fund in RMB to your cad$ account. However, the Canadian bank will probably automatically convert it to CAD$ once the Chinese RMB arrives. Also, your canadian bank will charge a flat fee for receiving wire trannsfer, somewhere between $15 -30. For all these troubles, you may well just take you cad$ and go to an exchang house to get RMB such as Accu-Rate. http://www.accu-rate.ca/.
