A 53-year-old man who led police on a high-speed chase after he was caught driving his vehicle 190 km/h was arrested early Thursday morning. Police said a white Dodge truck was caught speeding at 12:02 a.m. on County Road 17 in the Township of Champlain near Hawkesbury.
