what do I do next?

I went to ALEKS AUTO BODY WORKS garage(location in about 482 glodstone street 233-8848) to repair my van June 5, I paid $1500 cash to manager (come from previous CCCP), only last night, I found a very small space need to repair again, so I went to garage to discuss it with manager, his attitude was very rude, said to me why did not find it when I rided it home, and said "****, ****". I told to him to apology to me immidiately,and I called 911 to ploice, the police give me other phone number to leave phone records. the manager found I call 911, he agreed to me repair my van and require to leave it one day till tomorrow. I do not believe him to damage my van other place.
I am very anagry, I leaved the phone record report ask justice or I will call again!!!

I really did not believe this and did believe this! Because I know everything in Garage.
I am able to help on Van diagnosis, I came from China WuHan and was an auto mechanic in North America.
So all chinese people who living Canada are having a Chinese auto mechanic now, even if I can't do it at home, but I can give great ideas

what can I do?

a person who working in other body shop said to me that that repair only spent $600, $1500 is expensive very much! only change a bumper and iron and a part in front-right. that man did not pay 15% TAX to gov., what can i do?
