North Grenville organization voices concerns about pipeline at TransCanada open house

A group of North Grenville activists concerned about the effects TransCanada’s proposed pipeline could have on the town’s drinking water made their presence known at an open house to discuss the project. Members of Sustainable North Grenville, a volunteer organization mandating the preservation of the area’s environment, donned neon green shirts and matching buttons boasting the message “Concerned Citizens” at the four-hour drop-in event hosted by TransCanada at the North Grenville Municipal Centre on Wednesday night.
