Tour offers a glimpse into the future at Lansdowne Park

Just short of a year after construction at Lansdowne Park began in earnest, a small community is slowly taking shape behind the construction hoarding surrounding the historic 40-acre property. Come in from the Queen Elizabeth Drive entrance, through the relocated Aberdeen Pavilion, and you find yourself on what is expected to become Aberdeen Way, a tree-lined street separating retailers adjacent to the Civic Centre from anticipated new tenants such as Whole Foods and the LCBO.
