Accused murdered testifies shooting Michael Swan was a mistake

\Kristopher McLellan was thinking of his unborn child as he crept into Michael Swan’s Barrhaven home in what was supposed to be a drug ripoff, he testified Tuesday at his first-degree murder trial. Minutes later, McLellan said he was focused on a growling dog when Swan backed into his gun.
