The city is set to borrow another $150 million, for numerous projects, including the first phase of light-rail construction. The $34 million to buy land for the LRT project is the biggest item on a diverse list, which includes everything from a collection of new storm sewers to a new pool in Orléans to replacing a downtown Transitway platform.
