Bankruptcy trustee Brian Doyle reached beyond the grave this week for words written in 2004 by Thomas C. Assaly, alleging they contradicted sworn testimony by the late Ottawa developer’s son, Thomas G. Assaly, during a legal examination last week in Florida.
