如何办理单身证明

加籍华人去中国结婚之前，好像要先在这里办单身证明和离婚公证之类的东西，请问谁知道具体去哪个衙门办理？谢了

Getting Married Overseas
If you are getting married overseas, most countries will require a statement in-lieu of certification of non-impediment to marriage abroad. You can apply for one by mail to the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada Authentication and Service of Documents section before your departure. If you are already abroad, you may obtain a "Statement in lieu of Certificate of Non-impediment" from the nearest Canadian government office abroad.

1. 先找律师开好一份你是单身的证明。在好中英文的， 大概要100 刀。
2。去加拿大外交部公正处公正 见楼上狗子的贴
3，在到中国大使馆盖章公证，需缴费。

在中国办比较容易，只需要去领事馆 当场弄个 affidavit 就行了

在加拿大麻烦， 需要 律师affidavit --> Department of Foreign Affairs Authentication --> Chinese Embassy Consular Authentication again
