OC Transpo Sales and Information Centre Moves

Ottawa – On Sunday, October 27, the OC Transpo Sales and Information Centre will open its doors in a new location in the Rideau Centre, in order to accommodate mall renovations.

The Sales and Information Centre will remain on the third level of the Rideau Centre, but will move from its current location near Mackenzie King Bridge to the other end of the mall near the west pedestrian overpass to Hudson’s Bay (the Bay department store). The new office is conveniently located and will feature a more spacious waiting area, a fully-accessible service counter and a digital information screen.

The Place d’Orléans Sales and Information Centre will also be moved temporarily effective Thursday, October 31, during renovations to the office. The temporary office will be relocated within the station’s central waiting area for about three months. The Sales Centre will be updated to include an accessible service counter, new wiring for future technology, and an improved location for photo-taking.

Office hours for both Sales and Information Centres will remain the same:

• Rideau Centre - Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturdays 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Place d’Orléans – Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
