Ottawa – The monthly cost of eating healthy for a family of four in Ottawa is estimated to be $789, leaving many families struggling to put nutritious food on the table. Ottawa Public Health’s (OPH) Healthy Eating, Active Living (HEAL) strategy has identified food access as an important issue to be addressed as part of its three-year strategy.
