Another question, is there a delay for the email transfer when I am in China. eg. If the email is sent out at 7am here, could I receive it in less than 10 min?

你的担心是在中国能不能登录hotmail和yahoo。在这里测试没有用。

如果能登录，那同这里就是一样的，即便慢也不会那么慢。

What I am concerned is if there is service block in China due to the emails from Canadian government and then if there is time delay of the email transfer.

1. 中国的 yahoo 邮箱已经关闭。 yahoo.com.cn
2. 在国内收看 yahoo, hotmail 应该没有问题
3. 但是今天能收看不代表明天也能看。 建议去国内网站申请个邮箱，然后在 yahoo, hotmail 的邮箱加个设置： 一收到 EMAIL, 马上 COPY 一份去中国邮箱。
