Breezy the dog makes first public appearance since brutal beating

Breezy, the dog beaten and left for dead last month, made her public debut Monday and is on her way to acting like the puppy she is. She met reporters Monday at the Ottawa Humane Society, even eating some treats, wagging her tail, and looking at the crowd, said society spokeswoman Natalie Pona.
