OTTAWA — Ottawa police have charged one of their own after receiving a call early Sunday that a driver was possibly impaired. Police said Monday that officers responded to a call around 6 a.m. Sunday and found the suspect vehicle at Terry Fox Drive and Hazeldean Road, and arrested the driver.
