Progressive Conservative Leader Tim Hudak admitted Friday the slots-at-racetrack program that funnelled millions of dollars to provincial coffers, racetrack owners and race purses wasn’t perfect, but shouldn’t have been completely scrapped by the Liberals. And if he becomes Ontario’s next premier, he’s committed to resuscitating it.
