The Ottawa Humane Society is seeking an injured six-month-old puppy after they say the owner didn’t take it to the vet despite being ordered to do so. Tank, a dark brown large-breed dog — possibly a terrier mix — had suffered a broken hind leg and was unable to walk on Oct. 26.
