Remembrance Day ceremony touches veterans: ‘We’ve come a long way’ (with video)

Hundreds gathered Monday, under wet snow and blowing winds, to remember Canada’s soldiers at the National War Memorial. Retired veterans in wheelchairs sat covered with blue Royal Canadian Legion blankets wrapped around them for warmth, while current military members proudly wore their brass.
