Developer changes plans for 18-storey Sparks Street project

The decaying façade of a heritage-protected building on Sparks Street will have to wait at least another winter before new plans to restore and redevelop the site are brought back to city planners. Ashcroft Homes last week withdrew its application to demolish the current building at 106-116 Sparks Street and its plan to build an 18-storey building and a six-storey building while preserving the existing façade.
