Ottawa police have cordoned off part of Andrew Haydon Park after a naked and injured man was found under a tree near a parking lot. Ottawa police Staff Sgt. Donna McNeil-Charbot said the man in his 20s appeared to be suffering from knife wounds when he was found shortly before 9:30 a.m.
