we have one room located at Westboro, near Kirkwood and Carling Ave. (K1Z 7G3) . It is close heath canada , civic hospital , CIHI . This is a townhouse . There are five rooms for five people. All tenants have jobs . very quiet , nice . The public area will be cleaned by house-keeper once a week . so the house is clean. Hydro , WiFi .Landry , parking fee is included. Air condition house.
The room will be available on Jan 1st 2014. first and last month and references are requested.
