我最近买了一套新房，今天去验房的时候发现他们把我浴室的瓷砖贴错了颜色，和他们公司的人报备了。现在等待回信，还有15天左右就交房了，请问有没有有经验的人知道这事该怎么处理，我怕他们从新贴会延长交房时间，我都订好家具和电器的送货日期了。请问通常建商会怎么处理。做为业主要怎么争取自己的利益呢？谢谢。

一般交房前就弄好了不然他们会让你写到30天list上再叫人来换。不会为这点事延期交房的。
