City to share highlights and successes of recent mission to China

Ottawa –Mayor Jim Watson and select delegates will share highlights and successes of the City’s recent mission to China. The mission was undertaken to further strengthen Ottawa’s reputation as a preferred economic development, tourism and education partner for China.

Time: 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Location: Council Chambers, 110 Laurier Avenue

Mayor Watson will be joined by Bruce Lazenby, President and CEO of Invest Ottawa; Noel Buckley, President and CEO of Ottawa Tourism; Jacques Bradwejn, Dean and Professor at University of Ottawa; and Lui Jin, Charge d'Affaires of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China.
