Ottawa - A Court of Revision will be held to set special assessments for properties affected by the Farmers Way Water System Extension Project and the Innes Road Sanitary Sewer Extension Project (Sections A to F).
Date: Monday, December 16, 2013
Time: 2:00 p.m.
Location: Champlain Room – Ottawa City Hall
110 Laurier Avenue West
Please note that due to the governing legislation specific to the Innes Road Sanitary Sewer Extension Project (Sections A to F), should no objections be received in respect of any of the individual Sections by 4:30 p.m. on December 9, 2013, the special assessment roll for such Section will be deemed approved and the meeting of the Court of Revision will not be required in respect of that project Section.
