Hi,
ask a question:
I graduated from Ottawa U and have been working here for half a year, my boyfriend is still PHD student in Carleton U,
we want to apply for PR in canada, which stream is the best choice for us? Anyone have an idea?

BTW, we are common-in-law

Please clarify a bit before people can help:

1) What is your NOC for your current work? This info allows other to determine your CEC eligiblity.
2) Your boyfriend in PhD, when he will graduate? This info determines who is the primary applicant.
3) Sharing the same house/room/bed don't help much in applying as common-law relationship, you have to show CIC commitments you both have made together.

I have been through all those with family members, don't want to get into too detail.
