Right to Know: Bill C-13 — cyberbullying or legislative bullying?

Last month, the federal government tabled Bill C-13, a set of new provisions and amendments to the Criminal Code collectively touted as the “cyberbullying law”. To underscore the purported focus of this bill, Justice Minister Peter MacKay announced the new legislation during Canada’s national Bullying Awareness Week.
