如果你有一个支持3g的Tablet , 你在美国可以申请免费200M/month free data from t-mobile. Tested with iPad 3 4G LTE, iPad mini (1st generation) , Nexus 7 LTE myself. Too good to be true but it's true.

如何申请 (你需要自己申请,如果你请t-mobile store的店员帮你申请,他们会给你上个不免费的monthly data plan):
1. 买一个t-mobile sim card ($1 to $10 on ebay or Amazon.com) 或者去t-mobile店里( Watertown NY 13601 或者 Syracuse都有)免费要一个;
2. Make sure you're in a t-mobile coverage area;
3. 把sim card 装进你的iPad 3g or Android tablet 3g ;
4. 关掉wifi;
5. Go to ANY internet page, you'll see a screen which ask you to enroll the free 200M t-mobile data offer . Put your name / zip code and you're all set. NO CREDIT CARD INFO or other personal information needed.
每个月只有200M,但是用来收发邮件和看网页足够了. 如果你去watertow或Syracuse的shopping mall, 那两个mall里都有t-mobile store, 去那里要个卡(free or $10 if you're not lucky), 自己走到外面花5分钟就弄好了.
