But after a domestic violence conviction, the 51-year-old Kemptville resident entered a trauma recovery program run by The Men’s Project, an Ottawa men’s counselling service. Today’s he’s a poster boy for the program’s ability to help damaged men overcome their trauma and turn their lives around.
